Because of the nature of this work and preparation involved with our products, once purchased all of our products are a final sale. We will not issue a whole or partial refund for any products or services that are ordered.
Many of our products are purchased on a “token” based system. This means that when you make your purchase, you are buying the ability to configure an order of the selected type at your convenience. These tokens are non-transferable and are not eligible for refund.
Once purchased, tokens have no cash value and are non-transferable between members. They will not expire and can be used at any time.
Token / Product Exchange
In some cases we may be able to offer an exchange of product or service. This would be processed on a case by case basis. To find out if your situation is eligible for an exchange, please contact our support staff at [email protected]
Any product or service that has a recurring monthly charge associated with it is 100% your responsibility. All of our recurring payments are managed via your own private PayPal recurring subscription section. As our team has no access to this, you are in full control at all times. Because of this, SerpSpace.com is not responsible for any recurring charges that are incurred but not wanted. Unless a subscription is canceled, the product or service will continue to be delivered as promised every month.
SerpSpace Credits Refunds
As with tokens, once purchased these credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. These credits will not expire and can be used at any time with select SerpSpace products. Once added to your account these are considered delivered and are non-refundable.
What if there is something wrong with what was delivered?
While we strive to deliver quality products exactly to specifications, mistakes can happen. If your order was not as promised, our team will make it right. Please make a note of the specific item ID in question. Please also be prepared to let us know what it was you expected and what was actually delivered.
